Daniela Patriarca

Born in 1964 in Udine, Friuli.

After graduation and a Master in Business Communications started working as manager of the press office in a Turin public relations’ agency.

Among its customers there are some restaurants in Turin with whom in 1992 she organized the first Master course of Italian Cuisine for Japanese chefs.

In 1995 she founded the Italian Culinary Tours in Turin.


Costantino Tomopoulos

Born in 1964 in Rivoli, Piedmont.

He is an Economics student, also attends the training courses of the Italian Association of Sommeliers, deepening the knowledge of some products such as spirits, oil and cigars.

In 1998 he organized with the Italian Association of Sommeliers the first Master course of Specialization for Japanese professionals.

He contributed five articles on Italian wine to the magazine of the JSA (Japanese Sommelier Association) published in 2001.

In 2005 he opened the vineria Tajut in Turin, the first restaurant in Italy where the host chooses for the customer the glass of wine which is most suited to the dish ordered, after checking the taste.
