The Italian Culinary Tours was founded on the idea of Daniela Patriarca and Constantino Tomopoulos, experienced organizers of cooking courses for foreign chefs.

In 1995, after collaborating with the Piedmont Chefs Association and the birth of a cooking institute for foreigners in Costigliole d'Asti, Daniela and Constantino studied an innovative educational project to create vocational training and itinerant courses.

The Italian Culinary Tours in a few years has become a landmark for those who are interested in regional cuisine, by training more than 600 professionals of Japanese chefs and sommeliers.

In 2009, the new project ICT JAPAN was born, for which the responsible is Komako Nigorikawa.

The aim is to propose a new and more comprehensive range of tours not only to professional customers but to non-professional customers who eager to know the Italian cuisine and products through a qualified and professional agency.

The Italian Culinary Tours becomes, therefore, also agent for gourmets and lovers of food and wine.

As for the professional actors (chefs and sommeliers, standing ICT customers), the proposal is expanded with in-depth thematic courses of short duration.
